WET

Negotiating rapids and small waterfalls is brilliant fun and a great way to take in the scenery Wet suites and life jackets are provided. There are special children's descents for 7-12 year olds which can be done with or without an adult allowing the grown-ups to continue through on the more challenging rapid.

• White water rafting

On the River Dranse flowing from Morzine down into Lake Geneva at Thonon, is the most popular White Water river in France.

• Canyoning

Highly exhilarating for those with a bit of bottle! It involves absailing, walking, climbing, swimming, jumping and sliding along the gorges and canyons of a mountain river

• Kayaking (Hot dogging)

Kayaking and canoeing are available in gentle and exciting forms in Morzine. Hire a kayak for a gentle paddle or take a hot dog for 2 people down the white water rapids of the River Dranse under the watchful eyes of a guide.

• Hydro- Speeding

Surf the rapids of the River Dranse on a big polystyrene float. Although it is necessary to be a strong swimmer the thrills and adrenalin produced during this sport is second to none!

How about taming the vertical world: climbing or scrambling on beautiful slab of limestone. Or how about being Superman for an afternoon, flying at almost 60mph and 240 meters above the valley – what a way to see the countryside!

• Via Ferratta

Somewhere between climbing and scrambling Via Ferrata is an exciting activity that allows even beginners to experience some of the feelings of exposure and mountain views only usually experienced by good climbers. it allows people to move through the mountains with a minimum of equipment and no special skills. All trips are guided excursions.

View the mountains form a canopy gliding high on the thermals! Your pilot will fly the parapente so you can enjoy the views and ride high on the adrenalin.

This activity is only for the really brave! An aerial runway that spans two valleys and sends you soaring head first and horizontally (yes true superman style!) down the two valleys at speeds of up to 90kmph. It really is the ultimate white-knuckle adrenalin filled ride.

• Walking with Donkeys

Donkeys make ideal companions for young ramblers and the whole family can take part in an easy ramble along old smugglers trails.

• Mountain Walks

• Mountain biking

Half day mountain bike discovery.  For your first day on a mountain bike, no specialist knowledge required, the chairlift takes you up.  Enjoy the decent down along meadow track or forest trails and discover the landscape with your head in the wind.

Price - ½ day beginners:  adults 28€, child 25€ (includes lifts)

Half day further a field.  Without being a handlebar wizard, you’re a fan of technical descents, fine-tuned trajectories – it’s exciting.  You’ll return tired but happy.

Alpine mountain bike circuit.  Best of all the most beautiful alpine mountain bike circuit still awaits you.  70km of downhill and cross country across France and Switzerland.

• Quad-Bike

Quad biking is a great activity to enjoy in the Alps. After a brief training session ride the quads around a set circuit with tricky areas and fast straights. Good fun for everyone!
