The trails
Beginners and Family Groups
Beginners and family groups can enjoy instant access to the Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz trails using the conveniently situated lifts.
Pleney, Morzine
The Pleney bubble takes you to the top of the Pleney where you can take beautiful beginner trails back into the centre of Morzine or over into Les Gets. These are well marked and easy to follow and range from easy open grassy meadows to beautiful pine tree lined routes.
Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil
The Super Morzine bubble and Zorre chairlifts take you to a beautiful scenic area offering stunning views below and across to the valley below and across to the resort of Avoriaz. Here, you can join the gentle wide-open trails winding slowly down into the Lindarets valley. Stop for lunch and shopping in the Goat Village or carry on through the Ardent until you reach the beautiful lake Montriond, stunning emerald green in colour during the summer months and a perfect stop for lunch, a swim or just relaxing.
Intermediate/Advanced
Intermediate and Advanced riders will be staggered by the variation and range of possibilities that Morzine and the Portes du Soleil have to offer.
The Pleney Trail
The Pleney bubble takes passengers and bikes up to where you can ride down to Les Gets or back to Morzine. The numerous trails down into Les Gets are enough to challenge even the most skilled rider.
The trail heading back to Morzine is equally tricky with lots of runs down amongst tree roots. Most riders wear full body protection and we suggest you do the same.
Mont Chery (Les Get)
At the bottom of Les Gets ride across to the base of the Mont Chery bubble that takes you up to the Belvedere restaurant with great views across to Mt Blanc. From here you can take an extremely fast single-track through pine tree back into the village – look out for the stunning views to Avoriaz.
Alternatively there are two chair lifts accessing a well-maintained mountain bike/bmx park.
Avoriaz/Portes du Soleil
Take the Super Morzine bubble and Zorre chairlifts up to an easy open section leading you onto the advanced downhill course in Avoriaz. There are fast and steep descents into the Linderets valley. Once there you can access a number of lifts and many more advanced mountain bike trails into other resorts available on the Portes du Soleil pass.
